Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an evaluation?
Each call to the /evaluate endpoint or any payment endpoint (x402, ACP, Stripe CC) counts as one evaluation. Budget checks and transaction queries do not count.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet, but we plan to offer annual plans with a discount soon. Contact us if you're interested.
What happens if I exceed my evaluation limit?
You'll receive a 429 response with a USAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED error. Your agents won't be charged — they simply can't evaluate new transactions until the next billing period or you upgrade.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card required to start.
